3. Description of Services
ECUDesk provides software for automotive chip tuning, diagnostic error code analysis, and firmware modifications.
Licenses are available as one-time purchase or subscription.

4. Licensing & Restrictions
A personal, non-transferable software license is granted.
Users may install the software on multiple devices if they are the primary user.

Prohibited:

  • reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software

  • reselling or transferring licenses

  • unauthorized or illegal usage

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments may be processed via invoicing, bank transfers, or through our authorized reseller ProTune Performance PTY LTD.

Refunds are available within 14 days only if:

  • the license has not been activated; or

  • the software contains critical defects and our team could not resolve them

No automatic renewals; renewals are manual.

6. Updates & Support
Software updates and standard technical support are included.
We are not responsible for user errors, hardware issues, or compatibility problems unrelated to the software.

7. Limitation of Liability
P/E Rychkov Aleksandr and ProTune Performance PTY LTD are not liable for:

  • data loss

  • tuning-related risks or damage to vehicles

  • indirect or consequential damages

Vehicle tuning involves inherent risks. Users assume responsibility.

8. Privacy & Data Collection
We collect personal and technical data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Analytics data may be shared with trusted third-party providers, including Google.

9. International Sales
ECUDesk is sold worldwide where legally permitted.
Users must ensure compliance with their local laws.

10. Referral & Partnership Program
A 20% commission applies to successful referrals.
To participate, the referrer must own an active ECUDesk license.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Changes take effect once posted on our website.
